Well, Well, Well ... Welcome

Originally this blog was created for a photography class I took in high school. Students would post their assignments for our teacher to grade and fellow classmates to "draw inspiration from". I enjoyed that class very much and learned a lot. One thing I quickly learned was how to alter my published date, becoming one of the few who completed their work ~on time~. Call me deceptive if you must, but innovative has a nicer ring to it. 

When it came to naming our blogs, my teacher recommended the use of our full names with "photography" thrown somewhere in the mix. As you can see, I took some artistic liberty. Little did I know that the alternative name I gave my blog would mean anything significant 15 months later.

A statement easily read with an air of vanity, but it's not meant to be. No longer will this bite-sized sentence be read in that manner. It is now carried as a declaration of love. These words are not announced in front of any mirror, rather reassured ever so fondly as we draw close to the heart of God. 

I've made the choice to quiet my own mind and listen deeply to my Heavenly Father. Through this decision, I now know that the title of my blog is not just a title. When you read out the name of this blog, "soy bellezza," you said that you are beauty. Even if it was only in that moment in your head, you called yourself beautiful.

Hey... guess what... God planned that moment long ago.
